Bill Bell

“We have to fully recognize who we are and where we are before we can change into who we want to be.”
Bill’s coaching is grounded in empathy, but he’ll challenge your assumptions to get to the underlying issue. He’s spent more than 30 years on his own personal and professional development journey: pivoting careers, taking risks, and sitting with the anxiety that comes with hard decisions. That lived experience is what he brings into every engagement.
His path runs through two decades of progressive business leadership, including highly regulated financial services, building teams, leading large-scale organizational transformation, and advising senior leadership on workforce strategy. In 2019, an executive helped him see his ability to connect with and develop people as a genuine strength rather than an afterthought. That moment became the foundation of his coaching identity.
That identity became formal training. Bill recently completed his Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change Management from Penn State University and earned his Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, capping 100+ hours of coaching real leaders through real challenges, rigorous mentor coaching, and a formal performance evaluation.
